Well, you wanna know about food in that Quechee VT place, right? I been there, ate some grub. Let me tell ya, it ain’t like fancy city food, but it fills your belly.

First off, there’s this place, Simon Pearce. Now, they say it’s all fancy and all, but it’s just food, you know? They got some nice plates and stuff, makes the food look good, I guess. I had some meat there, tasted alright. Kinda pricey, though. You’re payin’ for the look, I reckon.

Then there’s this Pizza Chef place. Now, pizza, that’s somethin’ everyone gets. They make ’em round and flat, with cheese and stuff on top. My grandkids love it, so we went. It was good, nothin’ special, but good. They put enough cheese, and the crust wasn’t burnt.

And oh, the Skinny Pancake place! Now, ain’t pancakes breakfast food? These folks makin’ ’em all day long. I tried one with berries, tasted sweet. They got other stuff too, sandwiches and such. Not bad, not bad at all. Kinda different, you know?

Now, that Quechee Gorge, it’s a big hole in the ground, real pretty. This food place, it’s right there, close by. So, you look at the hole, then you eat. Makes for a good day out, I guess. Easy to find, can’t miss it.

Folks there like their Dunkin’ coffee, too. You know, that place with the donuts? There’s one near Quechee, always busy. They got coffee and donuts, what else you need in the morning? I had a plain donut, dunked it in coffee. Just right.

Now, they say you can get discounts for these food places. Coupons, I think they call ’em. Gotta look for them, saves you a few bucks. Every little bit helps, right? I used one at the pizza place, got a dollar off. Not much, but better than nothin’.

For lunch, they got all sorts of places. You want a sandwich, you got it. You want soup, they got that too. Some places are fancier, some are just regular. Depends on what you like, what you wanna spend. I had a sandwich once, big ol’ thing, couldn’t finish it. Took the rest home.

They talk about ratings and reviews, like stars and numbers. People say what they think about the food, if it’s good or bad. I don’t pay much attention to that stuff. I just eat what I like. If it tastes good, it’s good. Simple as that.

Quechee ain’t a big town, but they got enough food places. You won’t go hungry, that’s for sure. Some are cheap, some are pricey, but you’ll find somethin’ you like. Just look around, ask the locals. They’ll tell you where to go.
