The Farm and Fisherman Tavern Horsham: A Foodies Paradise? See the Reviews
Alright, so you wanna know ’bout that Farm and Fisherman Tavern place in Horsham, huh? I heard some folks talkin’, so I figured I’d tell ya what’s what, the way I see it. Don’t expect no fancy words, I ain’t got none of that.
First off, people are sayin’ it’s a real nice place to eat. They call it “farm to table,” which I guess means the food ain’t comin’ from no big factory somewhere. That’s good, I reckon. Fresh stuff is always better, like when you pick a tomato right off the vine, ya know? They say the food is “creative,” mixin’ up different kinds of grub. I ain’t sure what that means exactly, but folks seem to like it.
Now, they got all sorts of food there. Some folks call it “American (Traditional),” some say “New American.” Sounds like they got somethin’ for everyone, I guess. They got burgers and such, but they also got fancy stuff, the kind you wouldn’t make at home unless you was tryin’ to impress somebody. I heard they got a real big beer list too, so if you like beer, you’ll probably be happy there. The bar is supposed to be good too, a nice place to sit and chat.
Lots of people are writin’ reviews, sayin’ how much they like the place. They talk about the “atmosphere,” which I guess means the place feels nice and cozy. And they say the “service” is good, which means the folks workin’ there are friendly and helpful. That’s important, ya know? Nobody wants to be treated like dirt when they’re spendin’ their hard-earned money.
- One thing I keep hearin’ is you gotta make a reservation, especially if you wanna sit outside. They ain’t got a lot of outdoor tables, so they fill up fast. But people seem to like sittin’ outside, ‘specially when the weather’s nice. They even got them heaters, so you don’t freeze your butt off when it gets a little chilly.
- Another thing folks are talkin’ about is the desserts. They say they’re real good, and they even do somethin’ special if it’s your birthday. That’s nice of ’em, I think. Everybody likes a little somethin’ sweet after a good meal.
Now, some folks are sayin’ it’s a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want good food and good service, you gotta be willin’ to shell out a few extra bucks. But I also heard they got lunch specials, so maybe you can go then if you don’t wanna spend too much money. It’s on 575 Horsham Rd, so it ain’t hard to find, I reckon.
They got a phone number too, if you wanna call ’em. It’s somethin’ like (267) 673-8974. You can call and ask ’em anythin’ you wanna know. They’ll tell ya about their hours and what’s on the menu. And you can ask ‘em about them reservations too. Don’t want ya showin’ up there and findin’ all the tables are taken.
So, all in all, it sounds like a pretty good place to eat. Folks seem to like it, and that’s good enough for me. If you’re lookin’ for a nice place to go for dinner, or even just for a drink and a snack, you might wanna check out that Farm and Fisherman Tavern. Just remember to make a reservation, and bring your appetite!
Anyways, that’s all I know about that place. Heard it from folks around town, ya know? Gossip travels fast in these parts. If you end up goin’, let me know what ya think. I might even have to try it myself one of these days.
